About the Author

Frank Theodore Koe, Ph.D. is an experienced educator, entrepreneur, and intrapreneur. He is a two-time Fulbright recipient and international consultant serving as Professor of Engineering Entrepreneurship in the School of Engineering Design and Innovation (SEDI), College of Engineering, and Adjunct Professor for the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University where he teaches in the MBA program. Additional affiliations include: Associate Director of the Berkley Center for Entrepreneurship at the Stern School of Business, New York University; Director of the Executive MBA program at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT); Acting Dean of the Jay and Patty Baker School of Business and Technology at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT); Dean of the New York School of Interior Design (NYSID), and Vice President and Director of Restoration at Scalamandré in New York where he researched and reproduced fabric and wall coverings for historic sites nationwide such as The Andrew Johnson Suite in the US Department of the Treasury and rooms in The White House.
